Contact Center Intake Specialist-French, Portuguese or SpanishJob Title: Contact Center Intake Specialist-French, Portuguese or SpanishJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Lake Oswego, ORJob Description:Contact Center Intake Specialist (CCIS) - French, Portuguese or SpanishTeam: Contact CenterLocation: Lake Oswego, OregonReporting to: Manager of Contact CenterStatus: Full-time, Non-ExemptPosition Summary:Our intake specialists gather confidential information that enables our clients around the world to gain insight on how they can improve the work environment for their teams while minimizing their organizational risk.As our intake specialist, you will provide prompt attention to incoming calls from reporters, determine the proper report category for dispatch and distribution of all incoming reports, and quickly and accurately enter reported information into a computerized reporting system. You will also ensure that any unique client established requirements are clearly conveyed and that all reported information is held in strict confidence. At all times reporters and clients are afforded the highest levels of quality assurance regarding the confidential nature of the reported information. If you speak at least one of the desired non-English languages (French, Portuguese or Spanish), we have full-time opportunities available to help our team members balance their life priorities while ensuring our customer''s needs are met.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Using the proper prescribed greeting for all clients, answer calls in a timely and professional manner* Treat every reporter with dignity, with concern, and without prejudice* Ensure that the reporter feels secure that reports are handled in a confidential and professional manner* Hold all reports in strict confidence: no internal or external discussion* Ask all pertinent questions to (1) create a report that clearly expresses reporter provided details and (2) gather enough information so recipients can understand the report and can properly act the report* Spell and grammar check each report* Interpret calls received in French, Portuguese and/or Spanish then file reports in English* Translate documents as requested from English to French, Portuguese and/or Spanish or vise-versa* Assist with special projects and other departmental responsibilities as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:* Completion of coursework from an accredited college or university* Required Knowledge and Technical Skills* Demonstrated interviewing and report writing skills* Fluent in spoken and written French, Portuguese and/or Spanish for interpretation/translation functions* Type 35 wpm by touch* Ability to multi-task * Familiar with multiple phone lines * Working knowledge of computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word* Ability to pass background check and other screenings as requiredENVIRONMENT:* Fast-paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multi-tasking, etc.)* Extensive computer and phone use; email intensive environment* Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently* Must be able to pass a background and reference checkTo apply, please go tohttp://w.navexglobal.com/company/careersand submit your resume and cover letter together with a completed application form.About NAVEX Global:NAVEX Global is the trusted global ethics and compliance expert for more than 8,0 clients in over 200 countries - the largest ethics and compliance community in the world.
