Human Resources Manager to join a global manufacturing organization on the south side of Chicago. This individual will act as the single HR contact on site for this manufacturing organization. Responsibilities will include Employee Relations, Recruiting, Time & Attendance Reporting, Benefits, Compliance & File Retention, Safety, FMLA & Workers Compensation reporting, and Policies/Procedures. This individual will also be responsible for participating and spearheading various site and HR projects.
