Job Description
Mayo Medical Laboratories New England seeks a technically adept Biomedical Equipment Specialist to repair, calibrate, maintain and make purchasing recommendations on a variety of biomedical equipment.

Basic Qualifications:
Qualifications include an associate’s degree or 2-year technical degree in electronics and 5+ years’ biomedical service experience, specialized manufacturers’ training and excellent prioritizing and multi-tasking skills. The successful candidate must be customer focused with good communications and interpersonal skills and be able to work well independently and in a team environment. Familiarization with medical terminology, human anatomy and physiology and chemistry is helpful. Knowledge of computer operating systems, microprocessors and system networking is desirable. Overtime and on-call rotation may be necessary.
