Description

Sodexo is currently searching for a Program Administrator for ourCoroprate Compliance Audit team. This position can be based in Gaithersburg, MD or Williamsville, NY.

The Program Administrator is responsible for managing the intake of initial allegations and validating key facts, considerations and stakeholders for matters received from various internal sources, including whistleblowers, management-reported issues, hotline allegations, anti-fraud analytics, audit, etc. This individual makes determinations on the classification and priority of the allegations/issues as well as ensuring that appropriate stakeholders are made aware in a timely manner, as required by Corporate Policies. Ensuring coordination with internal departments and stakeholders as required (i.e. Operations, HR, Finance, Internal Audit, Law Department, Security, Ethics, Compliance and Privacy, Clients, etc).

Responsibilities:

Manage the intake of cases received from various internal/external sources
Assess and determine the type, severity, and priority of cases during the intake process
Ensure that proper and timely notifications are made to key stakeholders as required by applicable policies
Monitor the implementation of corrective action and investigative follow-up resulting from investigative cases and analytics
Coordinate closely with management to monitor, review, and maintain accurate case statuses
Prepare and produce period and quarterly management and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to support investigative case management
Monitor and report on trends facing the organization as well as the overall status of corrective action taken by management
Prepare and produce ad hoc management reports as needed
Duties:

Ensure confidentiality of propriety materials and information
Manage cases in Case Manager 2.0
Report factual findings and recommendations for remedial action
Assist investigation department in ensuring that the documented process is adhered to
Monitoring and tracking post mortem on significant cases
Requirements:

Education or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor's Degree
Supervisory/Managerial Experience: 0 Years
Function Specific Experience: 3 years of related investigation or project/case management experience
Certification Requirements: CFE preferred.

Under general supervision, the Program Administrator is responsible for managing the intake of initial allegations and validating key facts from various internal sources (i.e., whistleblowers, management-reported issues, hotline allegations, anti-fraud analytics, audit, etc). Makes determinations on classification and priority of allegations/issues and assigns new cases to investigators. Ensures coordination with departments and stakeholders. Monitors status of all cases; in addition to the implementation and follow-up of investigative corrective action. Triages results received from fraud intelligence & analytics team. Produces reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Observes trends on issues facing the organization. May serve as point of contact for whistleblowers throughout the investigation.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree.

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years experience in investigation or case management, or a related field.
