US Smokeless Tobacco Company's role is to responsibly manufacture and market USSTC brands to adult tobacco consumers in a financially disciplined way, and to provide marketing services to PM USA for its smokeless products. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Records Specialist to join our Quality Department in Nashville, Tennessee.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the coordination of all records management system activities and development of infrastructure to support compliance for all US Smokeless Tobacco manufacturing facilities. Specific accountabilities include:
-Analyze and lead efforts to provide effective logistics solutions to records management, business systems, and media storage processes.
-Lead improvement and/or corrective action teams on Quality records compliance issues.
-Deliver and distribute company or function-specific records and information guidance surrounding compliance findings on Quality records management.
-Monitor the progress against the company's records management annual plan and develop records management metrics in order to update the management team.
-Collaborate with Law Support on complex issues surrounding records management and Quality records compliance.
-Train and coach assigned records management personnel



Requirements

Qualifications include:

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in a compliance environment. Records management and/or logistics of records processes experience is a plus.
-Excellent oral, written, and computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is preferred.
-Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
-Working knowledge of Quality Management System records requirements and records management.
-The willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
