Sodexo is seeking a Business Development Analyst. Primary function of this role will support and partner with the regional sales/business development/retention directors within the Health Care Market. The Business Development analyst will assist in creating and preparing highly effective sales proposals and presentations. Maintenance and management of Sales Logix/Oracle client relations management tool to support our selling and retention strategies. Position will provide the director analysis on their targeted account portfolio in the form of reporting and territory maps/planning. Position will keep abreast of new marketing concept development and corporate initiatives to communicate Sodexo's value in collaboration with the marketing and creative teams. Position will assist with research and prepare initial written responses to RFP questions, review in coordination with National Vice President of Health Care National Systems and Creative Services department.
Competencies:
Strong and articulate written - business writing/grammar- and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively, proactively and in some cases within short timelines to meet established goals and objectives.
Experience with collecting and analyzing complex data for decision making and outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education achievement equivalent to an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Project Management experience.
Ability to understand Sodexo's value proposition so it can be translated into prepared documents for clients.
Experienced in Microsoft office software programs - including demonstrated excellent Power Point skills set.

Support national account business development teams with Samix management, sales proposal development and sales presentations. Database- Maintain SAMIX database for national and global clients/prospects. Create reports and maps from database Sales. Keep abreast of new concept development and corporate initiatives and coordinate prospect communications pieces. Manage national account sales proposal template. Review RFPs and coordinate response with VP Bus. Development and Create Services department. Research and prepare written responses to non-core RFP questions. May attend bidders conferences and site surveys.
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of experience in project management
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
