Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative Customer service representatives provide a valuable link between a company and the customers who buy and use the products or services that are offered. They are responsible for responding to customer inquiries with the overall goal of ensuring that any issues or misunderstandings they may be experiencing are resolved, as well as answering any general questions customers may have. Call center representatives should be versed in the following: - Able to use computers, telephones, and other technology extensively - Able to engage customers in phone conversations - Type with efficiency - Manage multiple files at once - Creative problem solving - Quickly familiarize yourself with various forms and procedures - Fluent in both English and Spanish with the ability to translate both languages Work environment is clean and well lit. Multiple shifts are available and each day is structured enough to enable you to do your job with excellence, yet comfortable enough to allow you to relax while you work with customers. You will have your own workstation equipped with everything you need to perform your daily tasks. You will talk with and help customers with their questions. Some cases are more difficult than others, but you will always have the best resources at your disposal as well as competent managers to offer advice and guidance along the way.
