Job Summary
The Human Resources Partner - I is responsible for supporting Training programs, Employee Relations programs and general employee relation matters. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of employee relations related tasks and support the coordination of training and other company related programs to include drafting a quarterly company newsletter. Individual must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This position must interact with employees (at all levels) in a fast paced environment. Position will be responsible for multiple workloads running concurrently so the ideal candidate must be resourceful, efficient and have a high level of time management skills. The position requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

Essential Job Functions by category:
Training Programs:
Assist with Training Logistics to include booking/ scheduling rooms for training, IT support, Accounting code charge backs, room set up to include coordination of all materials and supplies in all meeting rooms, manage and monitor the training calendar, send training invites (if applicable)
Assist with LMS system admin duties (i.e. course creation, participant tracking and transcripts, etc.), LMS testing and LMS reporting and tracking to include overseeing LMS and HRIS data feeds if applicable
Knowledge Base Management (maintain all software user guides, department and /or procedure manuals, etc.)
Conduct research on system software user guides and other various research projects (vendor selection, training solutions, etc.)
Assist with the preparation, monitoring and tracking of evaluations and assessments
Assist with the development of reporting on evaluations and assessments

Employee Relation Programs:
Coordinate and manage the annual Service Award program
Manage company store account / vendor
Manage, draft and coordinate quarterly Company Newsletter
Advise, guide and support managers with all matters relating to employee relations
Effective HR management of people related issues such as: disciplinary actions, performance issues, attendance issues in assigned areas
Assist in the development of effective and positive relationships with managers and employees to promote good employee relations
Provide advice and guidance on disciplinary and welfare cases, and coach managers where appropriate
Monitor the fairness and consistency of application of policies
Conduct company investigations and creates, maintains, tracks and stores electronic files related to Employee Relations matters on company designated application system (i.e. investigations)
Assists with the setup and other details for new employee orientation.
Conduct monthly orientation to serve as a primary and back up (Front Office Orientation and ability to travel to Dallas)
Assist and help coordinate monthly Roundtable sessions.
Assist in unemployment cases when needed
Coordinates with business partners to properly exit an employee i.e termination details, letters and exit interviews
Various administrative duties and replacement of employee ID badges when needed


Requirements

2 years of related experience or a 4 year related college degree preferred
Bilingual required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi task
Analytical, Forward thinking and Problem-Solving skills
Ability to make decisions and use proper judgment
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
Proficiency (advanced level) in Microsoft Office including: Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Must travel between facilities and occasional travel to Dallas, TX
Positive attitude and strong public relations skills
Follow through on issues in a timely, ethical and professional manner
Candidate must be dependable and reliable

Education Development Requirements:
Bachelor Degree required (Emphasis in Human Resources or related field preferred).
HS Diploma or equivalent required
