Job Description
Responsible and accountable for department operations, fiscal/financial management, quality, service, environment of care/safety, risk management, and human resource management. Supports the organizations vision, mission, goals and values.The American Nurses Association (ANA) Scope and Standards and Code of Ethics provide a basis for practice.
Basic Qualifications:
Associate/Bachelor Degrees required. Master’s Degree preferred.Graduate of a school of nursing with a current license to practice nursing in Wisconsin.BLS Certification preferred.
Other Qualifications:
Preferred: Five years experience in LTC. Basic computer skills (word, spreadsheets)Demonstrate skills in the area of problem solving, verbal and written communication, and team building.
License or Certification:

Exemption Status: Exempt
Hours/Pay Period: 80
Schedule Details: Monday-Friday; 8:00am- 4:30pm. May vary depending on department need.
