Assists local and regional management to facilitate the delivery of HR services for the area. This may include one or more
hospitals, medical offices, and/or other business entities, functions and services. Assists managers with HR inquires and
provides assistance to coordinate and/or resolve issues. Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects.
Essential Functions:
- Functions as resource for TPMG, KFH/HP managers and local labor staff to provide assistance to facilitate and resolve general Human Resources issues.
- Assists management staff with day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs across all HR functions.
- Investigates hotline complaints and conducts research for grievances and for related issues.
- Researches and responds to first level inquiries on HR issues such as case coordination for HR Compliance and Disability Management.
- Engages with more senior HR Consulting staff on basic issues and with HR subject matter experts for subject matter expertise and advice.
- Conducts HR data analysis and prepares reports.
- Must have ability to operate effectively in a complex matrix organization.
