The Institute for Family Health is seeking a Bi-lingual (Spanish) Call Center Patient Service Representative in their New Paltz office. Responsibilities for this candidate include: Must demonstrate professionalism, efficiency, courtesy and compassion as they work with patients, physicians and co-workers in appointment scheduling, and telephone messages. Computer knowledge is required. Experience in Outlook, and electronic medical systems is preferred. Manages all telephone communication in a courteous manner, accurately documents and follows up on all telephone messages. Demonstrates initiative to solve patient complaints and meet the needs of each patient. The candidate for this position must have High School Diploma or GED. Flexible hours. Part-time and Full-time positions available.Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred. Previous Call Center experience is a plus.Bi-lingual Spanish required.
