Title: Bilingual (English/Japanese) Support EngineerLocation: US-NC-MorrisvilleJob Number: 223300CTG is looking for a Bilingual Support Engineer with fluency in both English and Japanese for a top IT client in the RTP, NC area!This is a long term contract opportunity with benefit options.Description:The Engineer will prepare, build and test custom Windows XP/Windows 7/Windows 8 laptop and desktop images for a specialized manufacturing process. Must have demonstrated on hands knowledge of building a windows image from the ground up. They will build custom software images based on customer specifications, migrate custom software images to new hardware platforms and configurations. Also, they will be responsible for replacing all PC and laptop components based on customer specifications. MUST have a clear understanding of SysPrep win 7, win 8, XP, DriveImage, ImageX, Symantec Ghost and other custom utilities to finalize custom software images.Qualifications:Skills Required:-Fluency in English and Japanese-Deployment of operating systems (Windows XP,Windows7, Windows 8, Linux etc.), ability to debug, strong troubleshooting skills- Workstation experience- Image Development is critical (must have extensive experience creating images with Windows XP/Windows 7, Windows8)- Have extensive knowledge on Imaging software, ImageX, Symantec Ghost, Altiris and tools such as Sysprep for Windows 7/8, XP (used to deploy Windows on multiple computers)- Hardware Skills (prefer IBM/Lenovo, but if they've torn apart a Dell, then that is sufficient)- Clear and concise communication skills- Customer skills. They will need to speak to clients, gather customer specific requirements, educate the customer on the process and lastly follow through to ensure the expectations of the customerhave been met.- A certification a minimum- Any knowledge of coding/programming (even basic is a plus)Job: Technology & Healthcare IT
