23399 - Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager (II) for St. Anne's Villa - Sisters of Charity, Convent Station, New Jersey . This is a 105 Resident Nursing Facility with both Skilled Care and Assisted Living. Ideal candidate will has food service Long Term Care Management experience with strong culinary, organizational, and computer skills. Position will assist with the management of 1.3 million in financial volume and the supervision and training of 25 employees. Best qualified candidate has: a Servsafe Certificate, a food production background, experience with purchasing and inventory
management, and catering experience. A working knowledge of HACCP protocols and computer skills to work in food and labor management systems is critical for the success in this position. Management schedule will include rotating weekend and holiday coverage. Experience in health care /hospitals / retirement community is ideal. Assists in maintenance of cash control and payroll records. Assists in supporting the financial/HR functions. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
