Description Job Category: Manufacturing-Stamping Employment Type: Full Time Physical Location: Belvidere Assembly Plant The Stamping Maintenance Area Manager is responsible for managing the activities of maintenance area supervisors and respective skilled trade's employees. Support all aspects of the production processes including safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale. Drive the successful implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) processes and standards. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree Required * Minimum 8 years maintenance experience in manufacturing * Knowledge of the stamping processes * Experience with robotic automation processes, fluid fill automation and material delivery automation * Knowledgeable with PLC and assembly applications hardware and software Preferred Qualifications: * Advanced or technical degree * Preferred 8 years maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing * Automotive Stamping experience preferred * Proficiency with Microsoft application software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access).
