United Consumer Financial Services, a national finance company located in Westlake , has immediate full-time, second shift career opportunities available within our call center. Candidates must speak Spanish fluently.
While call center experience or a background in credit is helpful, it is not required. We will provide full training. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply. This is not a sales or telemarketing position.
The position consists of processing inbound calls, performing data entry and providing superior customer service as the first point of contact with our customers.Full-time Hours: Must be available to work every Saturday or every Sunday
12:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Required Skills:
Bilingual, must speak Spanish fluently
Superior customer service/telephone etiquette
Proficient data entry skills
Professional work ethic, dependable
Call center experience is a plus, but not required
Pre-employment background check and drug screening required. High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
