Are you a Bilingual Customer Service Professional . Then look no further. We have the opportunity for you. As an English / Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Professional in our client's call center in Taylorville, IL, you'll be a driving force for keeping high-level customers satisfied. Your attention to detail and organizational abilities will help you achieve successful one-call resolutions with our client's most valuable external assets - its clients. You delight in effective problem resolution. You're highly self-motivated and extremely organized. You put your excellent people skills to good use. You have 0-1 years of experience in an office environment, preferably some in customer service. And you're a whiz with Microsoft Office Suite. Qualified candidates will be: * Answer calls and respond to emails * Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email * Research required information using available resources * Manage and resolve customer complaints * Provide customers with product and service information * Enter new customer information into system * Update existing customer information * Process orders, forms and applications * Identify and escalate priority issues * Route calls to appropriate resource * Follow up customer calls where necessary * Document all call information according to standard operating procedures * Complete call logs * Produce call reports Are you interested? The ideal candidate will possess: * Fluent in English & Spanish (no exceptions) * High School diploma or GED * 0-2 years call center experience * Effective communication skills to provide courteous and professional customer service * Ability to develop and maintain working knowledge of the organization's products and services * Effective PC skills including; electronic mail, Internet and industry standard applications * Ability to learn to use additional applications as necessary * Keyboarding skills (minimum 35 wpm) * Ability to use phone system effectively * Ability to work well in a team environment * Organizational skills are needed to perform multiple tasks * Flexibility in scheduling with excellent attendance Does this sound like the position for you?
