Customer Service Representative - We’re looking for a self-motivated, client-focused individual to provide exceptional service to both existing and potential customers. The ideal candidate is a pet lover whose passion transmits through the phone line. We are looking for someone with initiative, drive, and the determination to succeed.

Required Qualifications
• 1 years' experience providing customer service over the phone
• Experienced in developing relationships with customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Skilled at online research
• Professional communication with managers and team members
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Data Entry Assistant – We’re looking for a detail oriented, production-focused individual to be responsible for data entry of claims information gathered from claim forms and related invoices. Candidates will be expected to provide excellent customer service over the phone to existing customers and veterinary clinics. Computer knowledge and ability to troubleshoot office equipment are a must!

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years experience entering data/orders into customer account databases
• 1+ years experience providing customer service over the phone
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Independent and self-motivated work ethic with an eye for detail
