Heartland Hospice is currently seeking a dynamic, exceptional sales professional for the purpose of developing and growing physician referrals.
The Account Liaison is responsible for generating business from physician and clinic referral sources to meet territory and agency revenue and census goals. They are responsible for identifying opportunities, developing and implementing programs to raise awareness, as well as educating physicians and the medical community on the benefits of hospice. Account Liaisons collaborate with operational and clinical teams to develop quarterly strategies for the territory sales plan and then implement the strategies to ensure that new business transitions to starts of care.
The successful candidate will be goal-oriented, growth-focused, competitive and possess a proven track record of sales success in physician clinics, hospitals or medical environments.
