The successful candidate must be able to meet the credentialing requirements in theNICCQuality Faculty Plan, meet all scheduled class and office commitments, and demonstrate respect for and sensitivity to diverse populations. Successful performance of duties requires competency and a comprehensive understanding of the Spanish language with an emphasis on communicating using the Spanish in a class room and business environment.KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS,ANDABILITIES:1. Possess a comprehensive understanding of teaching principles for the Spanish language.2. Possess necessary skills to organize develop, relevant curriculum and teach/evaluate student performance.
