SODEXO has a new opportunity in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This position will be responsible for complete oversight of all services provided by Sodexo on campus.
Qualified candidates will have previously demonstrated success and ability to do the following:
Effectively manage a budget of $5.6 M
Manage facilities and food services through other managers
Build successful and sustainable relationships with lead clients and system/process owners within a client organization
Oversee the work of subcontractors to ensure they are meeting their service level agreements;
Build, grow and develop and effective, efficient and motivated team of managers and supervisors
Have prior experience in overseeing the following services:
Building operations and maintenance
Subcontract administration
Food Service
Business services
Janitorial services
Fitness and wellness services
Responsible for general management of an account/unit providing two or more core services (Core Services of:
Facilities/engineering, food or custodial
Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 4 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
