Sodexo has a new opportunity available in the NJ/NYC area. The resident district manager will have oversight of 2 locations to start; other locations added over 6-18 months.
Office will be provided in NJ location to ensure regular client contact and interaction so ideal candidate will need to reside near Englewood Cliffs.
Up to 50% travel to other sites required
Demonstrated success in:
managing multiple locations
building teams locally and virtually
adherence to budget of $15M+
rectify budget variances; show initiative in cost savings
strong customer focus
Safety minded
Functions as the central point of contact for one complex account with multiple locations, and possibly multiple contracts. Oversees performance of unit management including budget development, client relations, sales and profitability performance, conformance with company policies and procedures and staff training and development. Liaison between company resources and unit operating managers.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
