Job Responsibilities for the Bilingual After Market Sales Associates: Sell after market products to dealership customers Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person Ensure customers are 100% satisfied Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction Inspect all vehicles prior to delivery and explain and demonstrate operation of all current equipment Make appointments for customers to have accessories installed Work with vendors to ensure good pricing and service Work with Service and Parts Managers to ensure good communication and working relationships between departments Follow dealership guidelines for sale of accessories Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards Qualifications and Requirements for the Bilingual After Market Sales Associates: High School Diploma or equivalent Must meet company's requirements for employment One year of experience in automotive or retail sales Experience providing quality customer service Professional appearance Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills Organization and follow-up skills Computer literacy Must have a valid state driver's license Prolonged periods of personal computer usage and data entry Ability to operate an automobile Exposure to inclement weather Put your Bilingual After Market Sales Associates Career in the Fast Lane join AutoNation today!
