Title: Bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Executive - Atlanta, GA Location: null Other Locations: null The Account Executive is the initial point of contact between Western Union and our agent base. The need for exceptional customer service to our internal and external consumers is essential for a successful candidate. The knowledge of marketing, sales and developing an agency is required. Understanding and conversing in Spanish is required. Maximize same store sales, sell new services and promotions, achieve call coverage and business review objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Control Agent attrition * Improve service quality provided by Agents to consumers * Provide local market competitive intelligence, execute local marketing initiatives, and execute location and neighborhood merchandising * Responsible for the administration and execution of Company plans, policies and procedures within the territory and for developing and achieving specific service and operational objectives; may be assigned select new agent target based on specific geographic needs * Develop individual business plans for agent locations to help drive additional revenue * Provide first level contact to agents within a specific territory * Manage relationships to help provide exceptional customer service through retail * Maximize revenue opportunities through adding and promoting additional WU products and services through our agent base * Bachelors degree or 2-3 years equivalent experience * Previous experience in outside sales or service of consumer products or financial services is a plus * Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required
