Position Summary: We are currently seeking Bilingual (Spanish and English) Customer Service Representatives to provide direct support to our customers via our "inbound" telephone environment; answer questions, demonstrating knowledge on a wide variety of home appliance products; route calls to appropriate support team; schedule in-home service calls as needed; and offer "light" up-sales on home warranty products. Upon hire, you will attend a 4-6 week paid training program. All work schedules guarantee one weekend day off (and an additional day off during the week).
