Position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: ? Contacting individuals with outstanding medical accounts. ? Be able to effectively collect and apply payment to accounts. ? Familiar with insurance policies. ? Document all conversations, transactions and adjustments in the system. ? Upkeep of filing system/storage as required. ? Other duties as assigned. Requirements Job Requirements Associates degree preferred. * 2+ year(s) of medical collections experience REQUIRED. * Bilingual. * Strong time management skills required. * Strong written and oral communication skills. * Computer literate in a MS Office environment. * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships * Must be able to work some flexible shifts.
