We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert to join our team in Scott AFB, IL. .
Specific Job Responsibilities Include:
The candidate is responsible for intense analysis and end-to-end assessment of global airlift and air refueling operations.
Required Experience:
Must have extensive knowledge of, and be able to extract, data residing in various USTC, AMC and TACC systems such as, but not limited to, the Global Decision Support System II (GDSS II), the Global Air Transportation and Execution System (GATES), the Integrated Data Environment (IDE)/Global Transportation Network (GTN) Convergence (IGC) System, the Single Mobility System (SMS), various data warehouses, systems residing outside AMC and TACC, the Joint Operations planning and Execution System (JOPES), various air and surface passenger and cargo manifesting systems, and a variety of differing airlift and Air Refueling mission/sortie planning and execution, especially in the cargo, air crew, passenger and air refueling enterprises. Additional knowledge of data warehousing and OLAP data structures is desired. Candidate should be familiar with, and have the ability to, utilize analytical business intelligence tools, such as, but not limited to, COGNOS, Micro-Strategy and other business intelligence tools in order to define and implement key performance indicators for use in airlift and air refueling enterprises dashboards and reports. Candidate should also have experience with Structured Query Language with emphasis on MicroSoft SQL Server. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is desired, but 8 years relevant experience can substitute for education. The candidate may be required to work shifts at the client site. The position requires a Secret security clearance.
