The Regional Account Executive (RAE) will cover an area consisting of Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas. The RAE is a revenue generating sales position that is responsible for the direct sales of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge cars & Fiat, Ram light and medium duty trucks to large commercial fleet customers, maximizing fleet sales and revenue with existing commercial fleet customers and developing new business with prospective accounts.

The Regional Account Executive develops the sales strategies to support the established targets in his/her region. This position reports directly to the National Sales Manager (Central). Responsibilities include maintaining and building volume with existing commercial customers, developing strategies to conquest new accounts, implementing and maintaining consistent prospecting methods, developing strategies to overcome customer objections and provide solutions, providing customer support to reduce order to delivery, supporting customers with cost control reduction (TCO) initiatives and providing customers with accurate and timely updates on Chrysler programs including: VIP, Incentives, Service Net, etc.

In addition, the RAE is responsible for providing accurate and fiscally responsible Volume Incentive Program proposals, developing effective local events to promote product awareness and sales, providing accurate monthly forecast of monthly production requirements and supporting Fleet Elite Initiatives and promoting fiscal responsibility. This position requires the development of strong working relationships with Fleet Management Representatives and with second stage manufactures and up fitters, supporting local NAFA events and organizations, providing input on future product content and process changes to maximize competitiveness and managing multiple priorities and aggressive timelines.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
* At least 5+ years of outside sales experience
* Willing to relocate
* Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision
* Expertise in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

* Automotive background , specifically in a fleet environment
* Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience is a plus
* Excel in building positive working relationships
* Strong negotiating skills
