Heartland Hospice Services of Atlanta GA has an immediate need for a PRN Hospice Bereavement Coordinator.
The Bereavement Coordinator is responsible to develop, implement and supervise the hospice bereavement program. Provides bereavement support through grief support, memorial services, family assessment and conference. Responsible for consultation to interdisciplinary team, client and family in issues related to grief and loss.

Educational Requirements:Bachelor's degree in counseling, theology or related field required; Master's degree in the area of mental health preferred. Position Requirements:Experience in caregiver support and counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death and dying.
Experience in developing and conducting programs of support.
One year experience in home health care or hospice preferred.
