Description HISPANIC OUTREACH COORDINATOR The Catholic Schools Office in the Diocese of Toledo is in search of a full-time Hispanic Outreach Coordinator. The Hispanic Outreach Coordinator cultivates and develops relationships between the Hispanic community and schools and parishes within the Diocese of Toledo to increase evangelization and enrollment in Diocesan parishes and schools. The Hispanic Outreach Coordinator must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills by creating and fostering initial introductions and connections to the gatekeepers and centers of influence in the Hispanic community and leaders within our parishes and schools. Candidates must have an understanding and commitment to the Catholic Church. A bachelor degree from an accredited university is required. Previous experience working with schools is a plus. Candidates must be able to speak, write and read fluently in both English and Spanish and understand and relate to the Hispanic culture.
