Job Description:
Cox Communications is looking for dynamic, customer-focused representatives to take calls from prospective residence customers, sell requested product/services, and up-sell for new or additional video, telephone, high-speed Internet, wireless services and accessories (as available).
Bilingual Inbound Sales Representatives respond to prospective customer questions and requests while at the same time educating the customer and promoting Cox services. Representative works in a fast paced organization with the goals of maximizing revenue and achieving sales objectives by identifying and meeting customer needs and ensuring customers understand operating requirements of all products. The position also helps grow the company through promoting and executing current marketing campaigns and promotions.
Bilingual Inbound Sales Representatives Minimum Requirements
Ability to speak Spanish fluently
Ability to speak, read and write English fluently
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
16 years of age or older
6 months work experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
6 months experience using a computer
