The Human Resources Technology Systems (HRTS) department has an immediate opening for an HRIS Analyst reporting to the HRTS Manager. This critical role leverages technology to facilitate HR business processes, with the aim to simplify, standardize and automate, minimizing manual efforts and the risk of error. To further ensure data integrity, the analyst will execute a data review plan and resolve exceptions. The HRIS Analyst provides input in the planning process to communicate opportunities, risks, and options related to HR systems. Projects (including system implementation and upgrades, as well as business process reengineering) are managed through a methodical process of requirements, design, build, testing and implementation. ***The deadline for applying on line is 5:00PM on Fri., June 7, 2013 ***The hiring range for this opening is $54,639-$68,298 annually; pay will be commensurate with experience and ability ***Selected candidates subject to special background check procedures Special Considerations:

- Support the internal audit process through development and execution of rigorous process controls
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal partners that request data, assistance, research or understanding
- Participate in Federal Reserve System HR applications workgroups to influence the direction and decisions that impact HR business processes for all Federal Reserve Banks
