If yes, the Regional Account Manager (Hospital/ProviderRecovery Analyst) may be the right fit for you. The Regional Account Manager isresponsible for credit balance identification, prevention, and recovery onbehalf of 1,200 insurance companies at our provider client sites. This positionis salary based with incentives based on performance.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in credit balance adjudication byreviewing, researching, and resolving all types of accounts as well asproviding resolution outcomes for health plans, commercial customers andgovernment entities
  • Establish professional working relationships to ensure operational efficiency
  • Anticipates customer needs and proactively identifies solutions
  • Plan,prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established production goals orquotas in a fast pace and ever changing environment
  • Accounts receivable follow up
  • Analyzeand identify trends and provide reports as necessary
  • Ensureadherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies andcontract compliance

 

 





Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Healthcare finance experience with a focus in auditingand/or analysis (Someone who can analyze numbers and Identify trends)
  • Work Hours - Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (CoreBusiness Hours with OT on a RARE occasion depending on the needs of the clientat that time).
  • This person will be traveling 50% of this position withinthe New York City area, - You will have to travel to Franklin, TN for 2weeks for training when you are hired, however other than that there should beno overnight travel sights
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel (This personshould be able to complete sorting, summing, and creating bar graphs andformulas within Excel)
  • 2+ years of Account Management experience (Someone whohas experience managing client relationships)
  • Claims/payer knowledge with government and commercialplatforms (Someone who has claims experience from working for a hospital, insurancecompany or healthcare consulting firm)
Assets:
  • 2+ years experience working in a team leadership orspecial project role
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Extended periods of sitting at a computer and use ofhands/fingers across keyboard or mouse
