Sodexo Health Care is seeking a Senior Leader for our Facilities Business Development to create and execute our Health Care strategy around Facilities and Maintenance offerings. Actively pursue and sell large complex offers to existing and new client base within the health care market industry - mainly enterprise-wide hospital organizations. This position will work collaboratively with our Brand Division (Offer Development) and Solution Center and will have focus on real estate services and investment management. Must have had successful senior sales leadership experience with a major Facilities Management company (companies like JCI, JLL, CBRE, etc.).
The Business Development Vice President will manage 2 Solution Development team members.
Facilitates strategic dialogues with leading industry partners/providers to identify "best" practices and opportunities to provide solutions for change.
Assists in the establishment of strategic sales strategy for the division and implements the strategy for a large section of the division.
Identifies, develops and qualifies prospects through research of prospects, identifying the customer's objectives, and determining how Sodexo can meet those objectives.
Reviews information about the prospect's business problems to determine their causes and possible solutions.
Builds and maintains relationships with Senior Customer Management (e.g., CEO, COO, CFO)
Experience:
-Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience Facilities Management
-Five (5) to seven (7) years management/supervisory experience.
-Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
The Business Development Vice President can live in any major US city with easy air access. No relocation is required. Travel may exceed 65%.
Develops and implements a business plan to support, grow, and retain business within a Division. Responsible for sales, retention, operations review, procurement, internal and external communications, training, and collaborative planning with corporate, Canada & Sodexo Alliance. Develops relationships with organizations in order to strengthen future sales potential.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - At least 6 years sales services or industry-related work experience
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
