JOB TITLE: Bi-Lingual Business Development Sales Representative
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

REPORTS TO: CEO
General Position Summary: The role of the Bi-Lingual Business Development Sales Representative is to generate sales of labels by calling upon prospects and supporting existing customers mostly in Mexico and South America. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members both internally and externally. It is also the responsibility to define the objectives and oversee the project throughout its life cycle. This position carries the responsibility to build business and meet objectives, while demanding a high degree of service. This position offers a tremendous opportunity within large marketplaces.
Responsibilities
- Direct communications with customers in a professional manner that represents the company well.
- Have complete knowledge of company products and be able to discuss value with customer.
- Develop full-scale customer plans and associated communications to generate sales.
- Use sales expertise to maximize and close sales per contact and build an effective sales pipeline.
- Effectively communicate the customer's expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with the customer on an ongoing basis.
- Set and continually manage the customer and/or order expectations with internal team members and the customer.
- Use knowledge of target markets to advance the company's image and sales.
- This is an outside sales position that requires most activity to occur outside of the office.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Must speak fluent Spanish and English.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Knowledge of printing production process, raw materials, and equipment is strongly preferred.

- Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Physical conditions may require sitting for extended periods of time.

This individual must have strong sales skills, but also be willing and able to do non-traditional tasks to provide service when needed. This individual must have the desire and ability to support the building of the business and to grow in responsibility as the company grows. Requirements |
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of sales and service
- One or more years of experience in sales or customer service
- Any combination of experience will be determined by hiring manager.
- Ability to travel extensively.
