Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a Part time Clinical Dietitian for Martha & Mary skilled nursing facility, A Non-profit facility with 120+ years of serving the community with 165 beds and is Located outside of Seattle in the beautiful downtown area of Poulsbo, Washington.
This position is responsible for the nutritional care for skilled nursing residents
in the community with the goal of exceeding resident satisfaction and best suited for service seeking individual that works well with others.
The ideal Registered Dietitian will:
Have at least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing and rehab environment
Manage the nutrition care process for the SNF residents and
sub-acute rehab patients
Be a Registered Dietitian with experience in long term care
Work a part time clinical schedule of twice weekly with additional
hours from increases in admit and training nutrition to residents and employees as requested and is eligible for Sodexo's benefits package
Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards.
Asset in Representing the Food & Nutrition Department as the
primary liaison with the medical and nursing staff
Have experience with electronic charting and the NCP
Assist the Food Service General Manager with various management
and supervisory responsibilities
Possess strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal
and written ,demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with seniors to make every day a better day for our clients and residents and have a passion for driving and improving the resident experience for the seniors we serve

Provides comprehensive nutrition assessments and care planning for patients/residents. Plans special diets and supervises their preparation. Instructs patients/residents and/or hospital personnel in principles of nutrition and modifications of normal diet. Performs routine care responsibilities without training and direction.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
