Marketing Manager - Hispanic Market Initiative - 67217 Location: Any WLP Site; Southern CA, NYC or Atlanta, GA preferred Marketing Manager Responsible for creating, developing and executing member Hispanic communications as well as improve communications for the Hispanic Market. Candidate will identify and implement new opportunities to improve the communications experience for Hispanic members, as well as integrate with existing projects to ensure culturally relevant communications. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: Formulates short and long term marketing strategies to attract and retain Hispanic members. Ensures the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy. Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution. Job Qualifications Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Health insurance or managed care experience preferred. Spanish fluency required.
