Moguldom Media Group is seeking an Account Executive to focused on Multicultural Marketing for our Hispanic targeted sites. The primary goal of this position is to cultivate revenue growth by driving strategies to develop, sell and integrate advertising programs while utilizing digital, mobile, video, and social media capabilities. You will oversee all sales-related processes: responding to requests for proposals; negotiating and executing insertion orders; working to collaborate with ad operations to oversee trafficking and campaign launches; helping to optimize performance and delivery when necessary.
The Account Executive is expected to close $1.2M in individual business within the first year (pro-rated for Sales Expectations) and $2M in the second year.
This position reports to the Executive Vice President for Moguldom Women.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and supporting the Moguldom sales strategy across all platforms focused on the Hispanic consumer target
Complete regular calls and sales pipeline reports
Generate new business and grow existing client base
Provide superior customer service to clients
Actively prospect via outbound sales calls
Provide Revenue reporting, Call reports, and business strategy in weekly, bi-monthly reporting.
Develop market intelligence data on competitive sell-through. (What brands and high impact campaigns are appearing on competitive websites? How can we disrupt market share?)
Work with editors, sales planner and Disruptive Creative on developing creative ideas
Work with ad trafficker to ensure campaigns are optimized and outperform client expectations
Support video, mobile, and social media online advertising initiatives
Conduct extensive market research on online advertising and identify relevant market trends
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
A Bachelor?s Degree is required. Advanced degree preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
Solid Advertising or Marketing background; preferably with the buying side of Digital Media
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Advertising Sales with Multicultural/ Online Advertising Sales
Thorough knowledge of Digital Advertising standards, practices and technologies
Well established contacts with both corporate accounts and Advertising Agencies
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects simultaneously, prioritize and delegate
Organized and results-oriented self-starter with a dedicated work ethic and collaborative style
Skilled at developing and maintaining client and agency relationships, media planning and buying and negotiations
Entrepreneurial ability to approach the challenges and opportunities of working in a dynamic industry
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Sharp organizational and communication skills
