Duties of the Licensed Massage Therapist:
Perform quality massage therapy sessions and deep tissue work
Design specific sessions based on clients individual needs
Promote the health and wellness benefits to clients of receiving massage therapy on a regular basis
Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
Generate new clientele through promoting member referral and guest pass programs
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common area
Requirements
Requirements of the Licensed Massage Therapists:
The Massage Therapist must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulation
Understand and believe in the benefits of massage therapy
Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with English and Spanish speaking clients, clinic management, fellow therapists, and sales team
Knowledge of various modalities preferred
