Job Description
Nursing Assistant assists patients with delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care, which support nursing practice under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The nursing assistant carries out designated activities that are within those functions limited by law to unlicensed nursing personnel. This includes assisting patients with activities of daily living, providing basic nursing care to patients and assisting in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience: Experience is preferred. Education: High School graduate or equivalent required.
Other Qualifications:
Training: Must be registered on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry or
Must complete a nurse aide training program and thereafter register on the MN Nursing Assistant registry within 4 months of date of hire.
License or Certification:
Licensure & Certification: Must be registered on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry or
must complete a nurse aide training program and thereafter register on the MN Nursing Assistant registry within 4 months of date of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 6 months of date of hire.

Schedule Details: Evening shift
Weekend Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday
