Summary The successful candidate will help implement and administer ITIL Service Strategy, Transition, and Continual Improvement frameworks into EDI processes and work flow. This position will work across multiple investment projects helping to manage the resource supply (labor and environments). They will resolve conflicts of scheduling of projects, operational activities, and support. Prior project management experience is highly desirable as the expectations of this position are to ensure all work, from intake to completion follows a consistent process and key indicators of success and failure are tracked and improved. Job Responsibilities
- Provides project management for operational activities, system improvements, and small enhancements.
- ITIL Portfolio Management: Track all planned initiatives, projects, and ongoing EDI services identifying and solving all conflicts in labor, environments, and proposed solutions.
- ITIL Demand Management: Tracks employee and contractor bandwidth and forecasted demand. Ensures labor force is evenly allocated based on bandwidth and demand.
- ITIL Financial Management: Forecast core and rechargeable labor and capital expenditures. Consult management on budgetary alignment to forecasted demand.
- ITIL Business Relationship Management: Address business concerns, need for information, requests, and issues.
- ITIL Support transition: Ensure proper handoff to support for all changes.
- ITIL Change Management: Evaluate and ensure all changes are made without error and are compliant to Kaiser Standards.
- ITIL Release and Deployment management: Improve and manage EDI releases for large projects, small enhancements, and all other changes.
- ITIL Knowledge Management: Ensure documentation and training of staff of pertinent information regarding sustainability of service to EDI business partners
