The Operations Manager position is primarily responsible for identifying and helping to implement strategies to improve return on investment through reduction of operational costs in store development, operations and management, coordination of strategic initiatives to better leverage the efforts of area development managers of franchisee and translation of US/International solutions into practical tools for the region.
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Conduct territory reviews. Address inconsistencies in operational materials and standards. •Lead Operations (Procedures, pricing, inventory management, cost analysis) and business management strategies (POS, labor cost, staff retention and customer satisfaction) •Coordinate rollouts with R&D/Food tech, Marketing, Training, Area Development Managers and Development agents to address regional issues with respect to new initiatives and product introductions. •Conduct Field Consultant trainings, supervise trainers and oversee training programs and initiatives. •Coordinate updating and distribution of Ops materials and provide franchisees with tools & programs available to provide consistently good operations and customer service. Translate and produce operational tools, charts & instructional materials for the region.
