Sodexo has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and innovative Registered Dietitian with at least 1 year of lead or management experience) to come join their dynamic team at at Ocala Regional Medical Center located in Ocala,Florida.
Position will report to General Manager and selected candidate will:
Oversee team of 2 RDs, 2 Diet clerks and diet office
Be responsible for ensuring all clinical nutrition programs are managed and conducted in compliance with state, national and JCAHO regulations
Have oversight responsibility in conjunction with the Sodexo Production Manager and client team for patient food services
Assist in preparation and readiness for accreditation and regulatory visits for clinical and patient services areas

Coordinates and directs the efforts of clinical and patient care dietitians, as well as other staff members within one or two sites. Responsible for meeting JCAHO/state/federal and company standards. This position is the primary liaison with medical and nursing staff.
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in health care including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted or independent living facilities, long-term care, retirement homes, or clinics + registered dietitian.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
