Educational Requirements:Centers with more than 120 Beds: Bachelors in Social Work or a Bachelor's in Human Services field, including but not limited to Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology; Licensed where required by law.Centers
Position Requirements:
For Centers with more than 120 Beds: One year of supervised Social Work experience in a health care setting working directly with geriatric individuals. For Centers with 120 Beds or less: Two years of supervised Social Work experience in a health care setting working directly with geriatric individuals desirable.
Job Specific Details: Part time position; approximately 20 hours /week with potential for full time as we expand. Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm. Occasional weekends as needed.Long term care/ rehab experience preferred.
