Wellpoint site preferred.** * **Web Content Admin Sr (Hispanic Initiative) - 64276** * Please provide Portfolio link or PDF samples for consideration Responsible for leading the content and digital messaging strategy aligning to the Hispanic market based on research, and solution design to improve our overall member experience. Responsible for conducting analysis, evaluating consumer insights, evaluating trends. Manages external vendors and service providers, as required. Responsible for managing content on company web sites and design of regional eBusiness applications. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to: Manages the web content management process and tool and maintains site content. Creates and implements content management processes. Manages eBusiness content strategy and content management processes for business initiatives. Acts as a business owner and systems administrator of the content management software. Defines workflows, approval rules, content ownership and templates. Conducts training as needed. Partners with eBusiness teams and content owners to ensure new site functionality complies with Web standards and style guidelines. Provides HTML screens, graphics and other user interface support to eBusiness project teams based on documentation. **Job Qualifications ** Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years of HTML and graphic design experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Requires knowledge of computer graphic design techniques, design and desktop publishing software, web infrastructure and architecture. Experience using HTML and software editors (i.e. WSYWIG and TextPad), graphics creation tools, content and other Web tools required.Bi-lingual English/Spanish is required.Experience writing web content required.
