CoWorx Staffing Services LLC, a leader in the recruiting and staffing industry is seeking a dynamic and motivated leader for the role of Bilingual On Site Supervisor. The On Site Supervisor will be responsible for supporting one of our most prestigious clients. This position will be working directly on site with our client located in Cranbury, New Jersey. As the On Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall contingent labor operation and success of our on site managed services program delivererd through astonishing service. To deliver astonishing service and exemplary results, the ideal candidate must possess and demontrate a high level of professionalism, customer relationship skills,excellent oral/written communication and the ability to multi-task in an everchanging fast-paced industry. Additional capabilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintain excellent client satisfaction by handling all inquiries and deliver a high level of responsiveness and customer service Manage day-to-day operations at the on-premise location, including daily check-ins and verifications of headcount, tracking daily labor hours, coaching and counseling of employees, and facilitating new hire orientations Prepare and conduct business review meetings with client to ensure consistency, quality, and continuous improvement Interface with Talent Acquisition team to ensure available candidates are being sourced and processed for open positions Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures In return for your experience, CoWorx offers a competitive base salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
