CoWorx Staffing Services LLC, a leader in the recruiting and staffing industry is seeking a dynamic and motivated leader for the role of Bilingual Recruiter. This position will be working in our branch located in Princeton, New Jersey. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assistant Account Manager (AAM) will be responsible for delivering high quality service to customers and temporary employees by matching their skills to our customer's needs. Through developing and maintaining relationships with both clients and applicants (CoWorkers) the AAM will gain a general understanding of the Staffing Industry. Solid Customer service skills are a must for this position. As an AAM the employee is responsible for supporting the overall mission of maintaining a focus on quality, compliance and cost savings. A Focus on building lasting relationships by selling CoWorx services via in person meetings and literature distribution will begin in this role. The AAM role will provide the employee with a general understanding of CoWorx policies and procedures. Training in Phase I and Phase II would take place at this level. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Regularly Performed Duties: Complete the interview process for prospective CoWorkers including but not limited to; interviewing the applicant, entering applications into the database, reference checking, compliance items (such as I-9 & W-4), selling CoWorx. Assisting the branch with maintaining the daily work report including; QC calls, Arrival calls, Extensions, Closes, etc. Utilize recruitment sources to generate, screen and place candidates while working with AM's and SAM's who are coordinating orders. Fulfill client staffing needs. Basic understanding and maintenance of all safety and workers compensation programs and policies in place. Periodically Performed Duties Periodic ability to work flexible hours outside of the normally scheduled work week when the need arises. Normal hours are 7:30am-5:30pm, but staying late will be necessary at least in the first few months. Job Requirements QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : Bilingual with English and Spanish Employees should preferably possess a BS or BA degree Minimum of 6 months staffing or service related experience A driven focus to improve customer relationships The ability to read, analyze and interpret general business reports, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in a written, oral or diagram form. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to run computer terminals, with a general understanding of Microsoft Office products including, MSWord, MSExcel and MSOutlook.
