Description Company Description: Job Description: BiLingual(Spanish) Customer Service Automotive Parts The Specifying Agent speaks with automotive parts customers in Spanish by phone to ensure the best technical service possible. Provides support with respect to catalog assistance, catalog corrective action, and quality investigation supporting the clients national dealership, warehouse and internal personnel. Responsibilities: Utilize client systems to investigate customer part inquiries Provides verification and/or recommendation on correct part requirements. May require considerable adaptation in response to the particular customer in order to achieve success. Maintain on-site notes on unusual or unique situations. Reads and researches relevant materials and resources Consult with peers and client departments to ensure correct part requirements are provided Some case follow up is required Essential Qualifications: Education/Knowledge: Spanish language proficiency, High School diploma or equivalent required. Automotive dealership or aftermarket knowledge or experience. PC skills (Word and Excel).
