Under indirect supervision, will represent professionally KP in the community, market to existing employers groups in order to achieve forecasted membership goals. The Sr Account Manager is accountable for continuously improving our business relationships with/ our customers and key stakeholders to optimize the growth potential in each account. Achieve & sustain the optimal business position in a group. Optimize potential for sustainable growth & achieving margin requirements. Provide strategic & business direction & context. Assisting in hiring, assessing, coach & developing staff. Provide operational management. Achieve revenue, membership & margin goals by business line. Establish & maintain a mutually beneficial business relationship. Maintains knowledge of policies & procedures & performs in accordance with/ applicable regulatory requirements, external laws & accreditation standards as they relate to Sales & Marketing. Makes members/patients & their needs a primary focus of one's actions; develops & sustains productive member/patient relationships. Actively seeks information to understand member/patient circumstances, problems, expectations, & needs. Builds rapport & cooperative relationship w/ members/patients. Considers how actions or plans will affect members; responds quickly to meet member/patient needs & resolves problems. Maintains & supports a culture of compliance, ethics & integrity. Maintains knowledge of policies & procedures & performs in accordance w/ the Principles of Responsibilities & applicable regulatory requirements, external laws & accreditation standards. Appropriately reports observed fraud or abuse.

- Also accountable for consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skills, abilities, & behaviors necessary to provide superior & culturally sensitive service to each other, to our members, & to purchasers, contracted providers & vendors

Requirements |
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Account Management & marketing functions, including experience that highlights facilitation, team development, analytical skills, & writing skills, w/ a minimum of 2 years as a successful AM required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a same or similar job
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred
- Management Experience strongly preferred
