Positions in this functionare responsible for preparing, processing and maintaining new group and memberenrollments. Positions will load new group and member data into the enrollmentdatabase. Positions may also be responsible for reconciling eligibilitydiscrepancies.  Positions will be responsible for scrubbing groupdocuments to ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines. 




Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in an office setting environment using the computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
  • Experience working in a quality and production metric based environment
  • Bachelor's degree OR a minimum education level of a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of working experience
  • Available to work 40 hours per week within the operating hours of the site
  • Must be able to work any shift within the Operations hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Must be able work overtime as business needs require including mandatory overtime during 1/1 renewal period (Dec/Jan)

Assets:

  • Experience working with Macros is preferred

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to meet or exceed a high level of quality and production metric
  • Ability to collaborate with peers and members of the business unit they support
  • Ability to multitask, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
