Positions in this function are responsible for first-level response and resolution of escalated issues with external and internal customers. Responsible for the overall delivery of benefits and services by providing support and guidance to existing and potential customers to ensure continued membership.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED is required
• 2+ years prior client account management experience in a healthcare insurance setting required
• 2+ years of experience with group insurance benefits and claims research is required
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Word – communicating effectively with customers through Word; Excel – logging of information to a client; PowerPoint – creating slide show presentations)
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time (overnight mostly)
  

Assets:

• Bilingual is preferred (any two languages)
• Prior experience working with expatriates or in a setting serving clients internationally is strongly preferred
• Understanding of UNET and United systems strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
